Objective 1 - To create the working calendar of the Quality Assurance System Sub-Committee, to prepare the University Quality System Working Calendar to integrate the work schedules of other subcommittees with this schedule, and to provide the necessary information.

Objective 2 - To plan training activities in small groups in units to disseminate the quality culture and to conduct a kind of needs analysis by taking the opinions and suggestions of stakeholders in determining the content of these training activities.
