Governance System Goals
  • Preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the guide, which includes procedures covering all governance system work flow processes at our university,
  • To carry out all administrative processes in accordance with the mission, vision and goals of our university,
  • To ensure that information, documents and relevant legislation on workflow processes are accessible via the university web page and to be accountable for the appropriateness of the transactions made,
  • To be quality-oriented in all administrative processes,
  • To ensure the effective participation of internal and external stakeholders in administrative processes,
  • To strengthen student representation in relevant administrative processes,
  • To ensure that the Unit Quality Committees are formed in such a way that there are members who will represent the quality sub-commissions in each unit,

  • To prepare and implement in-service training programs,
  • Being accountable with the results of in-service training programs,
  • To prepare and implement the directive of the the Assessment, Evaluation, and Continuous Improvement Committee and to be accountable for its results,

  • To develop tools and methods that will make it possible to evaluate the performance of managers,
  • To ensure that the resources of the university library are used by all units,
  • To ensure that the work of the Accessible University Unit is carried out in accordance with the Action Plan,
  • To ensure the effective use of corporate social media accounts,
  • To archive the scientific, cultural and social activities carried out at our university and to create an institutional memory.
