- To provide the necessary infrastructure and technological support for students with disabilities to benefit from equality of opportunity in education,

- To diversify and expand the use of measurement and evaluation methods,
- To ensure the applicability of different teaching methods and techniques in the distance education process,
- To start and disseminate associate degree, undergraduate, and postgraduate distance education programs,
