80 2021/71 December 22 We participated in the "Increasing THE Capacity of TURKAK Project" Information Meeting in Accreditation of Conformity Assessment Organizations We participated as Coordinators in the online information meeting held within the scope of "Increasing THE Capacity of TURKAK in the Accreditation of Conformity Assessment Organizations Project" funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey and conducted by the Turkish Accreditation Agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey.
79 2021/71 December 22 Academic In-Service Training Program goes on In the first program of the day, Dr. Faculty Member Gizem Uyumaz discussed the measurement tools used in education and psychology, measurement development process, descriptive factor analysis application and validating factor analysis applications with applied examples. In the second program, Dr. Faculty Member Gözde Sirgancı took the measurement immutable, approximate measurement invariance against solid measurement invariance and application issues with examples.

77 2021/70 December 21 Academic In-Service Training Program has started The first of the trainings within the scope of the "Academic In-Service Training Series" program started on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 with a presentation on "Writing and Analysis of Multiple Choice Articles" by Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University Dr. Faculty Mmember Alperen Yandı. In the online training, Dr. Alperen Yandı discussed multiple choice tests and substance software process, substance analysis with applied examples and answered the questions of the participants at the end of the session.

75 2021/69 December 14 Unit Self-Assessment Report Preparation Guide Updated The "Teaching and Learning Centers of Excellence Training Program", organized in cooperation with the Higher Education Quality Board, AdvanceHE and The British Council Turkey and attended by Associate Dr. Faculty Member Mustafa Serkan ABDÜSSELAM, deputy quality coordinator of our University, was held online for four full days on 07-14 December 2020.
74 2021/68 December 8 University Quality Community Has Been Founded Giresun University Quality Community was founded in order to promote quality culture in our students in the field of higher education, to internalize quality processes and to increase the participation of our students in the quality assurance system and also to carry out studies in this field.
73 2021/67 December 2 Coordinator Planning Meeting Was Held The 2021/11 planning meeting of the Quality Coordinatorship was held on December 3, 2021 at 13:00. At the meeting, evaluations were made about the preparation studies of the 2021 Unit Self-Assessment Report conducted by the Coordinatorship. In addition, other studies and procedures related to the evaluation of the university satisfaction surveys and the establishment of the Quality Student Society were evaluated.
72 2021/66 November 18 Meeting on Assessment, Evaluation and Continuous Improvement Commission The meeting of our University's Commission on Assessment, Evaluation and Continuous Improvement was held online on November 18, 2021. During the meeting, the implementation dates and sample groups of satisfaction surveys (academic staff satisfaction survey, administrative staff satisfaction survey, student satisfaction survey, program satisfaction survey where students are enrolled and satisfaction survey on the competencies of graduates of the business world) and studies aimed at finalizing the training program of educators were discussed.
71 2021/65 November 4 Meeting on Assessment, Evaluation and Continuous Improvement Commission Our University’s Assessment, Evaluation and Continuous Improvement Commission meeting was held online on November 4, 2021. At the meeting, the studies for submitting the Education Evaluation Survey (educational activities and training of trainers) to the commission, discussing and finalizing the Opinions Questionnaire of Faculty Members about the Programs and the Satisfaction Questionnaire Regarding the Services Provided by SKSDB were discussed.
70 2021/64 October 27 Visiting on Espiye and Yaglidere was held Within the scope of our university's quality processes information and evaluation meetings, a second visit was made to the schools in Espiye and Yaglidere on October 27, 2021 by the Coordinatorship and Strategy Development Department.
69 2021/63 October 26 Meeting on Quality Commission Our University's Quality Commission meeting was held on October 26, 2021 at 14.00 online. Evaluations were made about the Unit Self-Assessment Report (BÖDR) for 2021 and the Institutional Internal Evaluation Report (KİDR) studies and processes. In order to increase the effectiveness of quality processes among Giresun University students, it was decided to establish the "Quality Community".

67 2021/61 October 14 Meeting on Assessment, Evaluation and Continuous Improvement Commission Our University Assessment, Evaluation and Continuous Improvement Commission meeting was held online on October 14, 2021. At the meeting, decisions were made by distributing tasks on the agenda items, the studies carried out in line with the decisions taken in the previous meeting, the plans for the surveys to be carried out in the 2020-2021 academic year.

60 2021/54 August 16 Quality Action Plans Monitoring Reports was published Our university's "Quality Assurance System", "Education and Training", "Research and Development", "Social Contribution" and "Management System" quality policies, the basic values, strategies and targets determined for these policies and action plans prepared that under the same headings have been created. The current status of the action plans has been evaluated, and a consolidated monitoring report of the actions has been created.

For two days, the events continued with group work in ten different halls accompanied by moderators. In the groups, group and interaction-based activities were held under the headings Brainstorming on Evaluative Behaviors ''Uncovering Different Problems'' and ''Comparing Different Types of Reports''.

46 2021/42 May 27 Evaluation Meeting for Integrated Management Systems was held Within the scope of the introduction and management of an integrated information management system in our university, an evaluation meeting was held in the Rectorate Senate Meeting room on May 27, 2021 with the participation of The Rector of our university Prof. Dr. Yilmaz Can. 19 2021/19 February 22 2021 First Quality Committee Meeting The first Quality Commission Meeting of our University in 2021 was held online on February 22, 2021 at 14.00. In addition to Prof. Dr. Mustafa Şanal, Quality Coordinator of our University, Quality Commission Members and Coordinatorship team attended the meeting. During the meeting, the evaluation of the preparation studies of the 2020 Unit Self-Assessment Report and the Internal Evaluation Report of the Institution and the 2020 internal evaluation of the institution were discussed under the supervision of accreditation, academic evaluation and quality coordinatorship.

17 2021/17 February 16 Unit Self-Assessment Report Preparation Training Unit Self-Assessment Report Preparation Training organized by our University Accreditation, Academic Evaluation and Quality Coordinatorship was held online on Tuesday, February 16, 2021. The training, moderated by Assistant Quality Coordinator Dr. Faculty Member Mustafa Serkan Abdüsselam, started with the opening speech of Prof. Dr. Güven Özdem, Vice Rector of our University. A total of 100 people participated in the training, including unit managers and quality commissioners in unit quality committees.
