  • To train graduates who are contemporary, respectful of national and cultural values, inquisitive, entrepreneurial, open to technological developments, and have 21st century skills, in a way that supports the learning and teaching activities determined in accordance with the strategic plan,
  • To provide learning and teaching services in accordance with the universal understanding of science by strengthening national and international educational collaborations,
  • To provide scientific and technological opportunities in order to support the student's learning by adopting a student-centered learning-teaching approach,
  • To continuously improve the learning and teaching processes with the participation of stakeholders and a student-centered approach, taking advantage of national and international collaborations,
  • To provide students with a high-quality education that allows them to effectively participate in national development efforts after graduation,
  • To expand the university elective course pool in order to increase the socio-cultural skills of the students,
  • To train graduates who can adapt to global changes and are preferred with high professional and ethical knowledge, skills, and competencies,
  • To make the objectives and outputs of the learning and teaching programs consistent with national and international standards,
  • To determine the elective courses to be added to the course pool and the contents of the existing courses by taking into account the opinions of internal and external stakeholders,
  • To plan educational programs in accordance with national (TYYÇ-Turkish Higher Education Qualifications Framework) and international standards,
  • To prepare our graduates for world citizenship by increasing the amount of foreign language in education,
  • To organize activities and create learning and teaching programs aimed at increasing social awareness and social responsibility awareness,
  • To encourage inquiry, criticism, research, and lifelong learning-oriented work based on an interdisciplinary teaching approach,
  • In order to improve the quality of the student, increasing the number of educational practices within this scope by organizing scientific meetings, conferences, etc. with the participation of sector representatives,
