  • Preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the guide, which includes procedures covering all governance system work flow processes at our university,
  • In line with the needs of academic and administrative personnel, structured and systematic in-service training programs that will support their individual and career development are regulated and these programs are increased,

  • Strengthening the academic staff in terms of quantity and quality and increasing the number of graduate programs by taking into account the characteristics, requirements, and qualifications of diploma programs at all levels,
  • Carrying out activities to facilitate the access of the academic/administrative staff and students to the central campus facilities in the education units located on campuses outside the central campus,
  • Improving the accessibility of disabled students to services and facilities in all units and campuses affiliated with our university,
  • Preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the Giresun University Management Information System Directive,
  • Developing and implementing a request, suggestion, and request module to provide services in order to perform administrative services more effectively and efficiently, and operating it in such a way that creates an effective result, • Establishing the "I Have an Idea" platform with complaints and suggestions that will cover all stakeholders and the evaluation of opinions in an effective and consequential way,
  • Meeting of students and department heads at certain periods (at least once a week) in a transparent and open way to everyone's participation in "Open Door" meetings,
  • Sharing the university's official social media accounts in a continuous and diversified manner, as well as conference and event-like announcements, thus effectively using them as a means of interaction with internal and external stakeholders, and encouraging departments to use their official social media accounts in this context,
  • Keeping the web pages of all units, primarily the student information package, up-to-date in order to carry out student preferences in a qualified manner and to meet the information needs of prospective students,• Preparing and monitoring instructions for measuring the performance of managers,
