The duties and responsibilities of the Assessment, Evaluation, and Continuous Improvement Subcommittee are as follows:
- To carry out studies in order to develop all kinds of assessment and evaluation methods related to quality processes in line with the strategic plan and quality policy of the university, and to carry out studies that will improve quality cycles according to the results obtained,
- To evaluate the assessment and evaluation requests from the top management and all stakeholders. To develop assessment and evaluation tools according to needs,
- To implement and report the strategic plan of the developed assessment and evaluation tools and methods in accordance with the business calendar, as well as to submit a report to the higher authority on Assessment ,Evaluation and Continuous Improvement activities once a year,
- To make a requirement analysis for the development of academic and administrative personnel, to organize personnel development trainings by presenting them to the relevant units,
- To monitor all assessment-evaluation processes, to report and develop suggestions for improvement, and to submit them to the relevant higher authority,
- To monitor all assessment-evaluation results and reports and to submit improvement suggestions related to the improvement and development processes of the university to the relevant higher authority as a report.
