The Unit Self-Evaluation Report, which has been carried out in our university since 2018, continues in a comprehensive manner. As of 2020, Giresun University "Unit Self-Evaluation Report Preparation Guide" was published, which was created using the Higher Education Quality Board's Internal Evaluation Report Preparation Guide. With the publication of this guide, it was possible to write the studies carried out in the past years with a more holistic approach.
 
In line with the relevant guidance, the 2021 reporting activities of the units by the quality committees are carried out through Giresun University Management Information System. After the completion of the reports, the evaluation card created by the Coordinatorship and the prepared work schedule and the monitoring and evaluation of the work of some units will begin. In this direction, the process of creating evaluation teams with the coordination of the Coordinatorship continues and the "Unit Self Evaluation Card" which will be used by the team members before and after the field visit has been prepared and presented to the information of all our stakeholders.
