Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Can, met with students at the Şehit Ömer Halisdemir Conference Hall on Thursday, January 11, 2024, within the scope of the "Rector-Student Meeting in Giresun University Quality Journey" event.
Students participated intensively in the event organized in cooperation with Giresun University's Accreditation, Academic Evaluation, Quality Coordinatorship, and Quality Community. In addition to the Güre, Gazipaşa, and Nizamiye campuses of our university, which are located in the city center, our students who continue their education in the districts also attended the event and conveyed their requests, needs, and suggestions to our Rector, Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Can, and the administrative staff.
In addition to our Rector Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Can, our Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Güven Özdem and Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Şahin, our Rector's Chief Advisor Prof. Dr. Mustafa Şanal, and Assistant Coordinator of the Accreditation, Academic Evaluation, and Quality Coordinatorship Assist. Prof. Dr. Firdevs İclal Karataş Aydın, General Secretary Ahmet Tevfik Korkmaz, Head of Health, Culture, and Sports Department Rabia Hafızoğlu, and Student Affairs Branch Manager Özcan Ayten attended the event.
