The meeting of the Internal Control Monitoring and Steering Board (IKIYK) of our university was held on February 15, 2023 at the rectorship meeting hall.
Accreditation, Academic Evaluation, and Quality Coordinator, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Şanal and Coordinatorship Staff, Dr. Hakan Sipahi attended the meeting, and it was decided to submit for approval the study "Internal Control Compliance Action Plan for the Period 2023-2024," which was worked on at the previous meeting.
Institutional risks (type-based) prepared in cooperation with our Coordinatorship and Strategy Development Department were evaluated. As a result of the evaluations, a total of 49 corporate risks were determined according to the risk types in the 18th article of the "Giresun University Corporate Risk Management Directive". It was decided to score the effects and probabilities of the identified type-based risks by IKIYK through GUYBIS.
