“AUSAR Preparation Training" was Carried Out

An online "AUSAR Preparation Training" was held by the Accreditation, Academic Evaluation, and Quality Coordinatorship for the unit quality committees of our university on January 31, 2023, at 10:00–11:00.
In the training organized to strengthen and increase the inclusivity of the Academic Unit Self-Assessment Reports (AUSAR), which is used during the preparation of the Giresun Institutional Self-Evaluation Reports (ISER), participants were informed about "What is AUSAR?" "What is the Purpose of AUSAR?" "Elements to Consider While Preparing AUSAR," "AUSAR Guidelines and Updates," "AUSAR and Evidence," "Site Visits," and "Works Carried Out."
Vice Coordinators of the Accreditation, Academic Evaluation, and Quality Coordinatorship, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Serkan Abdusselam and Assist. Prof. Dr. Firdevs İclal Karataş Aydın, Branch Manager Seyfi Göktekin, members of the coordinatorship, Dr. Hakan Sipahi, Instructor Osman Serdal Karapınar and 112 people, consisting of academic and administrative staff and students, participated in the event. The training concluded with participants' questions answered and discussions about future research.
