In the previous period, in order to conduct quality assurance work in a planned manner across five policy dimensions, a separate action plan was prepared for each dimension; their implementation was followed through monitoring reports , and the process was completed at the end of the period with 12-month evaluation reports . The plan–implement–monitor–evaluate cycle was thus completed in full for each dimension.
