An Acquaintance meeting was organized by the Student Council of our University on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 between 11:30 and 13:00 in order to introduce and integrate students that took place on the Ground Floor of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and simultaneously in the districts, in the areas determined by the district units.
 
The meeting was held to raise awareness about hazelnuts due to the announcement of our University as a specialty university with the theme of "Hazelnut" by the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education and the inauguration of the newly elected council president. In addition, hazelnut was carried out to introduce and distribute to the students of our University, to enable the student council presidency to meet with student communities and non-community members, to exchange information, to open booths of communities and to carry out promotions and member registrations.
 
The Quality Student Community, which was established with the coordination of Accreditation, Academic Evaluation and Quality Coordinatorship, also opened a stand, informing the students about the community and registering members.
 
At the meeting, The Rector of our University Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Can, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Güven Özdem, Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Peker, Prof. Dr. Gürol Yıldırım, academicians and representatives of the student communities came together and exchanged views.
