Our University's Institutional Self-Evaluation Report for the Year 2022 has been Published

The Giresun University Institutional Self-Evaluation Report (ISER) for the year 2022 has been prepared by our university's Accreditation, Academic Evaluation, and Quality Coordinatorship, in line with the 19th article of the "Higher Education Quality Assurance and Higher Education Quality Council Regulation".
The "ISER Preparation Guide Version 3.1" published by the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council (THEQC) was used in the preparation of the report, and the Academic Unit Self-Evaluation Reports (AUSER) created by the studies of the academic unit quality committees were taken into account. The report was prepared in order to monitor the annual internal evaluation processes of the university and to take part in the Institutional Accreditation Program (IAP) processes.
The ISER preparation processes carried out by the Accreditation, Academic Evaluation, and Quality Coordinatorship were carried out effectively by ensuring stakeholder participation through the meetings of the Quality Sub-Committees and Quality Committee. At the senate meeting held on April 4, 2023, under the chairmanship of our Rector, Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Can, the Institutional Self-Evaluation Report (ISER) for the year 2022, which was discussed under the main headings of "Information about the Institution", "Leadership, Governance, and Quality", "Learning and Teaching", "Research and Development", "Service to Society" and "Result and Evaluation", was approved.
The Rector of Our University, Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Can, thanked all academic and administrative staff who contributed, especially the Accreditation, Academic Evaluation, and Quality Coordinatorship team that carried out the Institutional Self-Evaluation Report (ISER) for the year 2022 studies at the relevant senate meeting.
