The unit-level work carried out after the “KVYS Dissemination Training and Workshop Program”, held by our university’s Accreditation, Academic Evaluation and Quality Coordinatorship on 21–23 July 2026, has reached the completion stage. With this process, the creation of unit documents and data entries on the Quality Data Management System (KVYS) will be largely completed.
Immediately after the dissemination training, faculties and administrative units continued their work within their own bodies; academic and administrative units came together to review shared documents. Throughout the process, weekly meetings were held with administrative units to jointly review process cards, job descriptions, and draft procedures, instructions and forms; the documents were refined and finalized in line with the feedback received from the units. The coordination and process management of the work was carried out by Lecturer Osman Serdal Karapınar.
As a result of the work carried out in line with the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and YÖKAK criteria, the aim has been to standardize processes, ensure the integrity of unit documentation and record institutional memory. Gathering the completed documents in a single center through the KVYS software strengthens the evidence-based and traceable structure of the quality assurance system.
We thank all our academic and administrative units, our staff and our stakeholders who contributed to spreading the quality assurance culture across the university.
