A new section titled “Closed Loop” has been added to the KİDR 2025 Interactive Explorer, which offers online browsing of our University’s 2025 Institutional Self-Evaluation Report (KİDR). The application’s interface has also been redesigned in line with our Coordinatorship’s corporate visual identity.
The new section presents each of the report’s 46 sub-criteria as a PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle. For each criterion, the evidence documents are arranged according to the stages of the cycle; improvement and monitoring documents are highlighted as “evidence that closes the loop.” This makes it possible to observe on a single screen how continuous improvement works within quality assurance processes.
At our University, which will be evaluated under the Institutional Accreditation Program (KAP) in 2026, this section is intended to make it easier for unit quality commissions and external evaluators to access the evidence set.
